Our Founder
David Stewart is the founder and Managing Director of ThermoBuild whose passion for comfortable and efficient buildings was ignited by curiousity to explore how the spaces we live in can be built to the greatest benefit of both their occupants and the environment.
David's journey began with a hands-on carpentry career and evolved through his drive to understand the innovations and construction techniques that are at the forefront of the best low energy, comfortable buildings. A transformative year in Tirol, Austria, further cemented David's knoweldge and understanding of cutting-edge Passive House techniques, and he is dedicated to sharing his values and ethos as he constructs high performing buildings with low VOC and local materials at every opportunity.
Servicing the Colac Otway surf coast and Geelong region, we thrive in project teams and collaborate exceptionally with all stakeholders.
